MaxxZyme® ACL2X, a concentrated cellulase enzyme, MaxxZyme® NCP, a neutral powder enzyme designed to perform at low temperatures, and MaxxZyme® ADS10X, an alpha-amylase that is designed to break down starch in the de-size stage.
