Maxxetate® PSA-6500 is a polyvinyl alcohol stabilized vinyl acrylic emulsion that is used for formulating adhesives with good adhesion, cohesion and tack. It is easy to clean with hot water. Complete drying is needed to achieve best results.
Maxxetate® PVA-1018 is polyvinyl acetate homopolymer emulsion that can be used in a number of applications. It provides high tensile strength and has good paper adhesion where high solids are required. Maxxetate® PVA-1018 combines well with fibers and is compatible with borax.
Maxxetate® PVA-1019 is polyvinyl acetate homopolymer emulsion with plasticizer that can be used in a number of applications. It provides high tensile strength and has good paper adhesion where high solids are required. Maxxetate® PVA-1019 combines well with fillers and is compatible with borax.
Maxxetate® VA-1000 is a low-viscosity polyvinyl acetate homopolymer that is characterized by high-bond strength, excellent machinability and nontoxic nature.
Maxxetate® VA-1035 is an FDA approved high viscosity polyvinyl acetate homopolymer emulsion. Maxxetate® VA-1035 is incompatible with borax but has fair to good water resistance and has freeze thaw stability. It finds use in general purpose packaging applications.
Maxxetate® VA-1036 is designed to give excellent results in a wide range of gluing applications including hot press, cold press, and radio frequency equipment.
Maxxetate® VA-1105 is a stiff polyvinyl acetate copolymer emulsion designed for stiffening materials requiring a full hand or high durability. Emulsions of this product provide excellent sprayability and chemical stability. It is both biodegradable and nontoxic per current classification systems. Aquatic toxicity data is available on this product. It is not toxic to fathead minnows at levels below 1000 ppm.
