MaxxThix® PC-10 is an Alkali-swellable emulsion thickener designed for use in personal care applications. MaxxThix® PC-10’s high efficiency and short flow makes it ideal for sanitizer, shampoo or conditioner applications. The short flow rheology is best described as buttery, and helps products appear rich and full.

MaxxThix® MT-1 is a high efficiency alkali-swellable emulsion thickener for use in emulsion polymer compounds. Applications include textile coatings, paints, mastics adhesives, back thickeners for print pastes, and viscosity modifiers for pad baths. The rheology of this product is “short” and “buttery”.

MaxxThix® MT-2 is an alkali-swellable emulsion thickener for use in emulsion polymer compounds. It imparts a “yield point” to coatings formulated with it. This “yield point” minimizes the settling of fillers and causes minimal penetration of coatings formulated with it. Applications include textile coatings, paints, mastics adhesives, back thickeners for print pastes, and viscosity modifiers for pad baths. The rheology of this product is “long” and “elastic”.

MaxxThix® AT 17 is an associative thickener, supplied as an easy-to-use alkali-swellable emulsion. It is designed for coatings with a “yield point” which flow readily under shear (such as brushing) yet which will not run (sag) when the shear is removed. Dyes thickened slightly with this product will not bleed through a paper towel. It keeps coatings on the surface of a substrate (minimal penetration).

MaxxThix® MT-107 is a highly effective methyl-based sodium polyacrylate gum thickener for use in a multitude of compounding arenas. This product is a versatile, effective and efficient aqueous polymer solution with unique rheological properties for a host of varying applications. Uses include primary and secondary thickening of coatings, adhesives, grouts, dispersions, suspensions; thickening of liquid solutions applied by spray methods; and as protective colloids and particle coatings in specialty products.

MaxxBreak® EB-410 is an ester-based, non-particle defoamer specially formulated to control foam and entrained air in higher temperature industrial processes and newsprint paper machines. It contains a synergistic blend of defoaming esters that rapidly displace foam-stabilizing surfactants within the foam lamella, causing rapid drainage of the film and foam destabilization.

MaxxBreak® MB-601 is a surfactant-based, non-particle defoamer specially formulated to control foam and entrained air in higher temperature industrial processes and newsprint paper machines. It contains a synergistic blend of defoaming surfactants that rapidly displace the foam stabilizing surfactants within the foam lamella, causing rapid drainage of the thin film and foam destabilization.

MaxxBreak® MB-610K is a kosher grade aqueous organo–silicone antifoam emulsion formulated for a variety of industrial and food processing applications. It contains hydrophobic particles coupled with proprietary defoaming surfactants and spreading agents that facilitate penetration of the foam lamella, causing rapid drainage of the thin film and foam destabilization.

MaxxBreak® SE-010 is an aqueous organo-silicone defoaming/antifoam emulsion formulated for a variety of industrial processing applications. It contains hydrophobic particles coupled with proprietary defoaming surfactants and spreading agents that facilitate penetration of the foam lamella, causing rapid drainage of the thin film and foam destabilization.

MaxxBreak® SE-030 is an aqueous organo-silicone defoaming/antifoam emulsion formulated for a variety of industrial processing applications. MaxxBreak® WB-2177 is a high-performance water-based defoamer for use in a variety of applications. It is used to prevent entrainment of air and to break surface foam.

MaxxLink® AZC is a formaldehyde-free crosslinker or insolubilizer for coatings based on latex or protein binders. It reacts rapidly during the process as water is removed from the coating and curing is complete. The curing is fast under alkaline conditions with no need for elevated temperatures resulting in excellent wet rub and crock properties.

MaxxLink® DP-83 is a highly-concentrated thermosetting reactant providing durable wrinkle-free performance to cellulosic-containing fabrics. It is a DMDHEU product designed to impart whiskers and other special effects on denim in addition to providing durable press and shrinkage control to cotton-containing fabrics when applied properly. It is chlorine resistant with extremely low formaldehyde levels on cured fabrics. It is also scorch and chlorine resistant to commercial launderings with minimum effect on shade, and is easily cured with magnesium-based catalysts.

MaxxSperse® 111 is a general purpose scale inhibitor and dispersant used in various aqueous systems. It exhibits outstanding performance in stabilizing pigment dispersions. It is highly effective in inhibiting scale deposits.

MaxxSperse® 1728 is a highly effective, anionic polymeric dispersant for naturally occurring fillers such as TIO2, silica, calcium carbonate, clay slurries as well as fats and water insoluble entities. It has been found to be quite efficient at low usage levels making it an excellent choice for high solids systems.

MaxxVol® 8803 is partially hydrolyzed ultra-low viscosity polyvinyl alcohol. It is used in a multitude of applications including, textile sizing, adhesives, pigment coatings and where forming properties are required.

MaxxVol® 9803 is fully hydrolyzed ultra-low viscosity polyvinyl alcohol. It is used in a multitude of applications including, paper sizing, adhesives, pigment coatings and where good strength and film forming properties are required.
